Designation/Job role-  New Associate-HR Operations

What can you do?
You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertically and will assist us in humanitarian work and related areas such as hiring, study, training, boarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational and cultural development.

You will serve as part of the HR Operations team responsible for providing HR services behind the business operations. HR services and HR work resources, including administrative services, job analysis, and personnel management.

The team is working on designing, developing, and implementing a Staff Delivery Strategy to support the goal of eliminating staff knowledge throughout the life cycle. This includes training and mentoring account / involvement leaders and staff where needed and coordinating and delivering HR activities. They work on Employee Performance Plans such as Hiring, WFA, Benefits, Leaving, Remuneration, LOA etc. They work on delivering non-commercial features of the release agreement and service standards (related to quality, efficiency, productivity, efficiency etc.).
